- How has music impacted your life?
- My Grandmother, born in 1899, was my first music teacher. Formal lessons later in life enabled me to become the church pianist for our Sunday School, and then church organist when I became a Preacher's Wife! My Daughter, Dr. Krystal Banfield, is an accomplished musician and Arts Administrator who has done work with the Quincy Jones Consortium. I am thrilled to seek potential membership in such a wortehwhile organization!
