Mr. Foster is a native New Orleanian and 37-year veteran music educator/lecturer/musician that has also played professionally for the past 40 years and is world traveled. Mr. Foster is the:
~1975-1984 Founder/Director of the Children's Academy of Music (Los Angeles, California)
~1985-2005 Founder/Director of Mid-City Full Arts Workshop, Inc. (New Orleans, Louisiana)
~2005-2008 Music Director of Stax Music Academy (Memphis, Tennessee)
~2008-Present Founder/Director of Foster Family Music Programs, Inc. (New Orleans, La)
Mr. Foster has dedicated his life's work to lecturing, educating, and inspiring thousands of young aspiring musicians around the globe. His impact on students has influenced some of the most successful young talents in the music industry today.
Foster's commitment is to "keeping the arts alive."

- Hi Steve, how are you and yours doing? So sorry that I have not gotten back with you. I did receive the pics you took. Thanks for making that happen for me. I am trying to as I am enjoying your updated pictures, wondering how the picture of Q and I can be added? I am still a bit slow at all of the internet/digital stuff so I will have to check with my daughter to try and get a little help.
I am hoping to start a piano lab for beginning students at my job and it looks like we will be getting a few pianos. Now I am checking with music teachers to get suggestions on music books etc. If you have any expertise in this area, let me know. When are you coming to Dallas?
Been away from this page for quite some time - my daughter took ill and we were able to experience the promises of God, once again in her life. Take care and call me when you can, would love to visit with you.
